Easy to access but Doctors fail in knowledge and understanding of conditions and don't have a clue regarding referrals or specialist in WA not a long term option for any family
I have had 2 bad experiences here and am feeling so disappointed that I cannot trust the doctor here. My son had an allergic reaction, struggling to breath and I was told it couldn't be an allergic reaction but he had just swallowed something wrong. I got him allergy tested and sure enough he is very allergic. Then I went in another time with my very sick one year old and got told it's just a virus and got sent home. I went to byford family practice and doctor buters straight away said double ear infection and bronchitis/asthma. I worry about these doctors as everyone i talk to has a similar story. I even heard they had to google symptoms one time on the computer. I'm sorry but I am not going here again as i cannot trust that the doctors knows what they are doing. I even asked the doctor to check my son's ears as he screamed when I touched them and he still didn't realise my son had an ear infection. Feeling so disappointed as I loved the idea of a doctor being close and open late but I don't feel like I can go back.
Efficient center with neighbouring pharmacy. All the Doctors I have met have been caring thorough and make me feel I have been looked after.
Great doctors....can be difficult to get appointment the same day....
I and my family have been to the medical Centre on numerous occasion and to most of the doctors. Very caring and thorough. I'll keep coming back.
